Return Policy Overview

At Beetle-Go, our priority is to deliver quality and satisfaction with every unique product tailored to your preferences. Since we specialize in print-on-demand services, each item is created upon your order, ensuring that your product is one of a kind.

Our Return Guidelines

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect size, color selection, or if a change of mind occurs post-purchase. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before checking out.

Damaged or Flawed Items

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or suffers from a manufacturing error, we are here to help make it right.

If the item you received is incorrect, damaged, not the size you requested, or otherwise improperly manufactured, Beetle-Go will gladly help you exchange that item for a replacement to match your initial order. We do not provide refunds; we'll happily help you get the item you ordered.

 

How to Report an Issue

Should you encounter any problem with your product pertaining to damage or a production error, please reach out to us without delay. You can initiate the process by contacting our customer service team through the following:​

  1. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including photos documenting the defect or damage, if possible.

  2. Include your order information to expedite the resolution process.

Our dedicated team will review your submission and work swiftly to resolve your case with the attention and efficiency you deserve.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Beetle-Go will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery please contact us here.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.  For order produced by Beetle-Go directly, this is typically within 24 hours.  For orders produced by one of our printing partners, this is typically within 2 hours.

Shipping Policy 

Beetle-Go is not responsible for customs fees or delays. Please allow sufficient time for items to clear customs for international shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to contact customs regarding customs delays.

Beetle-Go does not collect or remit VAT. Customers are responsible for paying VAT.

​

​In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

 

If an item is returned due to customers not picking up packages at the post office, incorrect address, customers failing to address packages at customs, or other customer-facing shipping issues, Beetle-Go will reship at our discretion only upon correction of address issues and payment of reshipment charges. Items returned for these issues are not eligible for refund.
